A Modern Utopia

The client wanted a modern design house which was different and unique in its own way. There was an interesting play of masses on the façade design. Along with it, use of different textures and different materials all of which contribute towards making it a design that stands apart and speaks for itself.

The idea was to design a facade in which geometric shapes are cut from a plane having straight lines which have another different shape in the background the result of which is rectangle shaped windows visible from the interior but having circle shaped openings on the exterior cut through straight lines. This makes for an interesting facade as well as a unique interior.

The design is kept, minimal and contemporary, with a central mass acting as a focal point having a tall window which breaks the monotony of the solid mass and two remaining masses on either side consisting of large windows and screens having planters on them whose greenery, freshness and color finds a perfect place on the façade against the backdrop of subtle tones of grey.
