The way I did it was created a new package and navigated to the install file and then for the command line I selected custom and entered the command line below:.

I did what you said with PDQ and it still didn’t work. I don’t think its a permissions issue as the status showed it copying files from the source to the computer. However when it came to the uninstall it didn’t work and failed with that same error code.
My thinking is that since the execution starts but errors out that maybe PDQ command line doesn’t follow the command to the config. Or if it does then there is something wrong with my config.
